How does the bundle discount work?
When you combine a VoIP phone system with NBN internet on the same account, we apply a $20/month bundle discount automatically. No codes needed — it shows in your live total above.
Can I change my bundle later?
Yes — add or remove phone users, upgrade or downgrade NBN speed any time. Your price adjusts automatically. No contract rewrites.
Do I need to buy phones?
No. Use our free softphone apps, bring any SIP phone, or buy outright. We never lease or lock you into proprietary hardware.
What's included in setup?
We port your numbers, configure your IVR and extensions, set up your NBN connection with static IP, and ship a pre-configured router. Onboarding call included.
Is there a contract?
No lock-in. Month-to-month with 30 days notice. The only commitment is any hardware you buy outright.
If my NBN goes down, do my phones stop?
No. The managed router switches to 4G/5G backup and calls fail over to mobiles or another destination you choose — phones, EFTPOS and internet keep working. You may not even notice.
Is a bundle cheaper than buying separately?

Can I keep my existing numbers?
