Privacy policy
We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and how we handle it. We comply with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
What we collect
- Contact information you give us — name, email, phone, business name, role.
- Service usage — call detail records (number called/received, duration, time), voicemails and (if enabled) transcripts, recordings (if enabled), and service configuration.
- Billing information — billing address, payment method (handled by our payment processors; we don't store full card numbers).
- Website usage — basic logs (IP, browser, pages viewed) for security and analytics.
Why we collect it
- To provide the service you've signed up for.
- To bill you and collect payment.
- To support you when you contact us.
- To meet legal obligations (e.g. lawful intercept, integrity of public numbering plan, CDR retention).
Who we share it with
We share personal information only with: (a) our wholesale carriers and infrastructure providers to deliver the service; (b) our payment processors to bill you; (c) law enforcement when legally compelled to. We do not sell or trade your information to third parties for marketing.
Call recording & voicemail transcripts
Call recording is opt-in per account. Where enabled, we'll help you ensure appropriate notifications are played to callers as required by law. Voicemail transcripts are generated using an AI speech-to-text service; audio is transmitted securely and not retained by the transcription provider beyond the processing window.
Data retention
We retain call detail records for as long as required by law (currently up to 2 years for metadata under the Telecommunications (Interception and Access) Act 1979). Recordings are retained per your plan (default 90 days) unless you've selected extended retention.
