How do residents or guests get online?
However suits the property: a guest portal, per-unit passwords, printed vouchers for stays, or open guest access with fair-use limits. We set it up around how you run the place and how you want to charge.
Which hardware do you use?
We match the gear to the site. Ubiquiti UniFi for larger and mid-to-high-end properties that want top performance and central management, and TP-Link Omada for smaller or budget-conscious sites. Both are managed centrally and installed properly.
Can it cover outdoor and common areas?
Yes. Pools, BBQ and camp-kitchen areas, car parks, laundries and grounds can all be covered with weatherproof outdoor access points — not just the indoor units.
Who manages it once it’s installed?
We can manage the whole network remotely — monitoring, updates and support — so managers, owners and body corporates aren’t left troubleshooting WiFi. Local Ipswich team covering SEQ and regional QLD.
