Not just a home plan with a logo on it

Why business NBN is a different animal.

Cheap consumer plans are built for one household at a time. A business connection has to keep a whole team — and your phones — online during the busy hour.

📡

Static IP, no CGNAT

A real static IP so you can run VPNs, remote desktop, EFTPOS, CCTV and site-to-site links. No carrier-grade NAT getting in the way.

🔁

4G/5G auto failover

If the fixed line drops, the router fails straight over to mobile broadband. Calls and EFTPOS keep working — you may not even notice.

🛡️

Real SLA, real credits

Up to a 99.95% uptime SLA with credits if we miss it — not the “best effort” you get on a residential plan.

📞

Voice-grade QoS

We prioritise voice traffic on the line so a big upload never chops up a customer call. Phones and data share happily.

♾️

Unlimited data

No quotas, no shaping. Cloud backups, video calls and big file transfers run all day without a bill shock.

🇦🇺

Local humans on support

When the line plays up you talk to the same Ipswich team that set it up — not an offshore tier-1 reading a script.

How we get you connected

From line check to online — the easy way.

We handle the carrier paperwork and pre-configure the router so it works the minute it’s plugged in.

Free line check

We check what NBN technology and speeds are actually available at your address — FTTP, FTTN, HFC or fixed wireless — before you commit.

Pick your tier

250/100 up to 2000/500. Not sure? We size it to your team and usage and recommend the right speed, no overselling.

Pre-configured router

Your managed router arrives set up with static IP, failover SIM and QoS already dialled in. No portal wrangling.

Plug in and work

Connect it and you’re online. We monitor the link and are a local phone call away if anything ever hiccups.

Better together

Phones and internet on one Ipswich bill.

Run your business NBN and your phone system with the same local team and you get one bill, one support number, and one crew that actually understands how your voice and data fit together.

Because your calls ride your connection, having both under one roof means we can guarantee voice quality end to end — QoS on the line, failover on the router, and a phone system tuned to match. When something needs attention, there’s no finger-pointing between a telco and an ISP. It’s just us.

🧾

One simple bill

Voice, data and hardware itemised on a single monthly invoice — plain English, GST inclusive.

🤝

One support number

Phone or internet, you ring the same local team. No transfers between carriers.

💸

FAQ

NBN questions.

What speeds can I get?
We offer four business tiers: 250/100 Mbps at $129, 500/200 at $169, 1000/400 at $199, and 2000/500 at $289 — all inc GST per month. All include static IP, 4G failover, and unlimited data.
Is there a contract?
No lock-in contracts. Month-to-month with 30 days notice. Upgrade or downgrade speed tiers any time.
What's the 4G failover?
If your NBN connection drops, our router automatically switches to 4G/5G backup. Calls and internet keep working. You may not even notice.
Can I add a phone system?
Yes — add VoIP users to any NBN plan. Each user is $19/month with unlimited calls. See our Phone System page or the Bundles page to combine both.
Do you offer symmetrical speeds?
The Premium tier (2000/500) can be configured with symmetrical options for offices with heavy upload needs — video production, cloud backups, large file transfers.
Can I keep my phones and numbers if I switch internet to you?
Yes. We port your existing numbers for free and your phone system runs over the new connection, so moving your internet to us never means changing your number. Phones and NBN on one bill — see bundles.
What NBN technology types do you support?
All of them — FTTP, FTTC, FTTN, HFC and fixed wireless. We check exactly what’s available at your address (and the real-world speeds) before you commit, so there are no surprises after sign-up.
Do I need a new router?
A managed, pre-configured router is included from the Plus tier up — set up with static IP, 4G/5G failover and voice QoS before it ships. You can also BYO a compatible router and we’ll help configure it.
How fast can you connect me?
If an NBN service is already active at your address it’s often just a few days. New installs depend on NBN appointment availability — we book and manage the whole process and keep you posted on timing.

Need a site assessment?

Not sure which speed your office needs? We check your premises, user count, and usage patterns — then recommend the right tier.
