How much are missed calls actually costing you?
Every voicemail you ignore is a customer who’s about to ring the next business in their search. Plug in a couple of numbers and find out what that looks like over a year.
How we calculate it
Missed calls/week × 52 weeks × (% never call back ÷ 100) × (% conversion ÷ 100) × avg job value. The model assumes the calls you answer convert at the same rate as the ones you would have answered — conservative if anything, because frustrated voicemail-hitters convert worse than fresh callers.

Three things, in this order.
1. Voicemail-to-text. Every missed call lands on your phone as a readable text within 30 seconds. No 30-second beep-then-message-then-replay cycle.
2. Mobile twinning + hunt groups. Your office line rings every device at once. First to grab it wins. Drops to the next person if no one answers.
3. After-hours auto-attendant. A real friendly voice answers at 5:01pm, takes the message, books the callback into your calendar.
All three are on the IppyComms Business plan ($29/user/month). No add-ons, no “premium tier” upcharges.
The calculator told me I was bleeding $42k a year. I didn’t believe it. Six months later I’m booked solid — the only thing that changed was the phones.
